Xmas 2011

Before I move on to 2012 below are some snapshots to remember Xmas 2011

Which was a fantastic Xmas, a lot quieter than previous years as we stayed home this year,
but still heaps of fun.

The Xmas Menu included:
Brunch
a classic big breakfast with roasted mushrooms & tomatoes
glazed ham with mango. avocado & chilli salsa

Dinner
chilli & green peppercorn buttered prawns
blue sand crabs with herb tartare sauce
roasted tomato salad
cucumber & pickled onion salad
dad's xmas cake

Hope you had a great Xmas & I am looking forward to 2012 & following all my favourite blogs.

  5. Hi KP, Wishing you and your beautiful family all the very best for the new year. Hope it brings you much joy and happiness. Thank you for your beautiful message. We all had a lovely Christmas. We spent it and New Years at Kingscliff NSW. The weather wasn't it's best but it was lovely to be with family (my dad was in hospital before Christmas and he was very tired). Love your photo's. The dinner menu sounds just magic! All the best. GJ
